The Lady Bulldogs Basketball team started the 23-24 season in a scrimmage game hosting 5A Coffee County. The girls are starting the season with a few injuries and were missing starting guard Yazmine Smith. The Lady Dogs are also without sophomore forward Shakayla Joseph. However, they some flashes of promise from newcomer, Sophomore Natalie Quintero. The Lady Hoop Dogs were outmanned and lost 23-77 to Coffee County.
A healthy Lady Hoop Dogs will see better production from players like Aniyah Mckinnon, Brinley Miller, Arianna Hill, Ashlyn Welch, and Kayla Brewton. Also contributing this season will be forwards Tytiana Moore and Shania Brown. Coach Walker and staff are confident that this team will continue to get better!
The Lady Dogs are back in action Tuesday at Jeff Davis to open the regular season.
