With this victory, Toombs County secured its fourth consecutive win over Vidalia, backed by a stellar performance from the Red Bullet Defense and an explosive offensive display.
The Bulldogs set the tone early, holding the Indians to three consecutive three-and-outs on their opening drives. Midway through the first quarter, Toombs struck first with a 7-play, 79-yard drive capped by an impressive 19-yard touchdown run by Alex Scott. Alex Otero’s successful extra point gave the Bulldogs a 7-0 lead with 4:53 remaining in the opening quarter.

Senior quarterback TJ Stanley then took to the air, connecting with Senior Mike Polke on a 40-yard touchdown pass and later hitting Junior Gavin Fletcher for a 17-yard score. Toombs entered halftime with a commanding 28-0 lead.
The Bulldogs continued their momentum in the second half as Donterius Mincey returned the kickoff 80 yards to set up Otero’s 24-yard field goal, widening the lead to 31-0. Toombs added three more touchdowns in the final quarters, with Stanley scoring on a 3-yard run and Justin Powell punching in two more on runs of 9 and 3 yards.
The Bulldogs’ dominant 51-6 victory over Vidalia keeps their undefeated streak alive, improving them to 7-0 for the second consecutive season.
