The Lady HoopDawgs defeated the Lady Tigers of Metter 35-20 on Saturday. The girls outscored Metter in each quarter and shifted momentum with a big 3 pointer by sophomore forward, Brinley Miller. The Lady HoopDawgs scored 15 points off of forced turnovers from their full court defense and improved to score 20 points in the paint.

The girls were led in a balanced scoring effort by freshman, Arianna Hill with 8 points, followed by junior, Aniyah Mckinnon with 7 points. The Lady HoopDawgs were led defensively by sophomores Makayla Brewton with 11 rebounds and 6 steals and Romia Morris with 5 steals.

This young team continues to improve daily.
